Welcome to Fit Pro CEO!


Follow the steps below in order. Completing each step ensures your account is properly set up and you get access to all the tools, training, and community support you’ll need.

Step 1

Join the Fit Pro CEO Skool Community

What to Do

1. Click the invitation link below.

👉 Request Access to the Skool Community

2. Submit your request using the same email you signed up with.

3. Wait for the Fit Pro CEO team to approve your request (usually within 24 hours).

4. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email—click the link in that email to log in.

Why This Matters
The Skool community is where all announcements, calls, and resources live. It’s your central hub for connection and updates.

Step 3

Accept Calendar Invites for All Coaching Calls

What to do

1. Check your email (and spam/promotions) for calendar invites that look like Google Calendar events.

2. Open each invite and click “Yes” / “Accept.”

3. The Zoom link is inside every invite—save it or keep the event on your calendar.

Important:

> Invites are set to “Free” so they won’t block your sales call availability—but they’ll still appear on your calendar so you never miss a session.

> If you use Apple/Outlook calendars, make sure your calendar is synced to your email so invites show up.

> Didn’t get the invites? Email support (your support email) and we’ll resend them.

Step 4

Join Your Slack Channels

What to Do

1. Sign Up for, at minimum the PRO plan for Slack with the email that you signed up with at Fit Pro CEO. Sign Up Here: https://slack.com/pricing, this is Mandatory.

2. Check your email (and spam/promotions folders) for your Slack invite.

Click “Join Now” to create your Slack account using the same email you signed up with.

3. You’ll automatically be added to:

> Several group channels for updates, resources, and live call reminders.

> Your personal channel with your assigned Client Success Manager (CSM).

4. If you don’t yet see a personal CSM channel, don’t worry — assignments can take up to 24 hours. You’ll get a Slack notification once you’ve been added.

Why This Matters
Slack is where real-time communication happens. You’ll get quick answers, accountability, and support directly from your CSM and the Fit Pro CEO team. If you do not get the paid Pro Plan, Slack will kick you out of the channels we create for you.

Step 5

Meet Your Assigned CSM and Schedule Your Onboarding

What to Do

1. Watch for a text and email from the Fit Pro CEO Team introducing you to your assigned Client Success Manager (CSM).

2. That message will include a link to schedule your onboarding session.

3. Click the link and choose the earliest time that works for you so your CSM can prepare your customized Scaling Roadmap.

Why This Matters
> Your onboarding call sets the foundation for your success.
> During the call, your CSM will review your goals, systems, and the next 90-day plan to help you scale faster and smoother.
> Scheduling early ensures your roadmap is ready and your first action steps are clear.

Step 6

Complete Your Onboarding Form

What to Do

1. Scroll down to the form below and complete every section fully.

2. Provide as much detail as possible about your business setup, offer, systems, and goals.

3. When finished, click Submit — this sends your information directly to your assigned CSM.

Why This Matters
Your CSM will use this form to build your personalized Scaling Roadmap before your onboarding call.
The more detail you include, the more tailored and effective your launch plan will be.
